Welcome to the Cove West Home Owner's Association Community website!
Cove West was developed by Vic and Christie Jansen in the mid 1980's converting sand and sagebrush into what would become a beautiful family community. Cove West is located on the west shore of Moses Lake and is comprised of 92 residential homes and lots. The Covenants and Restrictions developed by the Jansen's have resulted in a Single Entrance Neighborhood Community with well built, manicured and unique homes.
Residents of Cove West enjoy two Cove West owned parks, private boat launch, private dock, picnic shelter, sport court for pickle ball and basketball along with a soon to be updated super children's play structure. The Cove West Community is also protected by HOA installed neighborhood security cameras.
A City walking trail connects Cove West to nearby and vast Blue Heron Park and all of it's various amenities. The City walking trail then extends across the lake alongside the Interstate 90 bridge all the way into the downtown center of the City of Moses Lake. Cove West is located less then 3 miles from a shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, gas stations and athletic club. Two premiere golf courses are located nearby with Moses Lake Country Club less than a mile and Moses Point less than 3 miles.
All home and lot owners are members of the Cove West Homeowner's Association. An elected Board of Directors is comprised of seven Board Members who meet as needed to conduct HOA business. An annual All Member Meeting is conducted each year in February or March to elect Board Members and approve an annual budget.
